Ok, so maybe my spelling of Boston isn't correct, but I do love the accent here! 

Last night it rained the entire night Long. We stayed mostly dry. The camper wasn't leaking, but lots of condensation made for things feeling damp. That's all though, with the amount of rain it could have been much worse!! 

Today we went to Boston, this time we had a full tank of gas. 

We decided to do the freedom trail tour, in which we followed a guide through the streets of Boston and learned more about the history and historical sites in Boston. It was hard to hear the guide at times, as it was gay pride day with a parade and lots of noise, but we managed. The walking tour was 90 minutes long and very interesting. I won't go on about all the details, but have to share a few...

This building is the old state house, and is where they read the Declaration of Independence for the first time.

I have to say, it felt really powerful to stand there and think about our country.

The other thing I want to mention is a cemetery. I know, another one, but it is fascinating. This is Boston's third oldest cemetery, and had many headstones dating back to the late 1600s. Crazy. 

Another reminder that this life is temporary and not to get caught up in things that don't have eternal value. 

The guide told us there were 2,400 headstones but over 12,000 buried there. Lots of interesting stories, but moving on...

It was a fun day, though I'm definitely not a city girl. 

After we finished up we headed out of town, as that had been enough for the day. We stopped and got more groceries and headed back to camp, which thankfully has a moth free bathroom. It was nice to have a relaxing dinner and hang out night. There were a lot of mosquitos though, and I found a deer tick crawling on my hand. Yuck. Oh well. This is night ten of camping, and we feel so blessed. We have all been healthy, no car accidents, and having fun.
